A qualified member of staff will take plenty of time in our showroom to carry out a detailed setting with you, to go through all the details of your bike with you and to answer all your questions. 

Our service is as high quality as our bikes - it is our aim to do everything to make you feel comfortable and safe on your new bike so that you can finally start shredding. That's why we can't make an exception to the service fee, regardless of whether you actually use the service package or not.
