    1. How do I pick up my bike?
    2. I selected the shipping option while placing my order. Can I still pick up my bike instead?
    3. I have ordered PROPAIN.GET.SET.UP but would prefer to receive my bike by mail order. Is that still possible?
    4. How will I be informed that my bike is ready for collection?
    1. I cannot collect the bike myself. Is it possible for a friend / family member to do this for me?
    2. Why does the PROPAIN.GET.SET.UP service fee apply to the collection of my bike?
