Yes, on our bikes the decals are applied on top of the paint and can be easily replaced. This means, for example, that the design of an older bike can be updated to match the current one.

The decals are easiest to remove if you warm them up slightly beforehand with a hair dryer. They can then simply be peeled off. Before applying the new decals, the frame should be cleaned with a bit of brake cleaner or rubbing alcohol so that it is free of dirt and grease.
