Your bike or small parts will be kept by DHL for 7 working days after the first unsuccessful delivery attempt. During this time, you can request a second delivery attempt for your package or collect it from the specified post office.

DHL Freight will make three delivery attempts before returning the bike to us.

In the UK, our shipping partner Chiltern Air Freight will coordinate the delivery with you so that no further delivery attempts will be necessary.
